Hi, I’m Jessica! I’m a third-year Business Entrepreneurship student at Cal State Fullerton, originally from Scripps Ranch, San Diego. I’m home in San Diego many weekends (Thursday–Sunday) as well as during summers and holiday breaks — which means I happily serve both the San Diego and Orange County areas.
I launched my cottage baking business in 2020 when I was 15, based in San Diego, and it’s been growing ever since. After moving to Fullerton, I began expanding my business into Orange County, where I now have many repeat customers and even a few clients from LA.
This year, my boyfriend transferred to Cal Poly Pomona, and since his campus is only 20 minutes away, I’ve been in the Pomona area often. Because of that, I’m now working on expanding my business into Pomona as well — and it’s the perfect excuse to visit him more, especially when I have deliveries there!
My long-term dream is to open my own storefront bakery — maybe even one with a beachfront view! Until then, I put my heart into every custom order I make. I specialize in custom cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, pastries, and more, all handcrafted with care, creativity, and attention to detail. I also love bringing your ideas to life and trying new designs or flavors.

I am fully licensed as a Class A Cottage Food Operation and follow all health and safety protocols.
